Cab timings are limited till 6:00 PM. Maximum duty hours are 10. Extra hours charged at ₹180/hour.

No vehicle will roam inside Pahalgam, Gulmarg, or Sonamarg due to restrictions by local taxi unions.

AC is always extra: Sedan ₹300/day, Innova/Crysta/Ertiga ₹500/day, Tempo Traveller ₹800/day. Base rates are without AC.

Only drop and return service at all destinations. Sightseeing is allowed only in Srinagar city.

Additional destinations beyond the agreed itinerary will incur extra charges based on km driven.

In Gulmarg, the horseman union does not allow vehicles at the Gondola. All sightseeing tours are prohibited by the union.

Aru Valley, Chandanwari, and Betaab Valley at Pahalgam are not part of the itinerary due to local transport union restrictions.

Only local union-allotted vehicles can be used for sightseeing inside Pahalgam and Sonamarg.

For Sonamarg sightseeing: our vehicle drops you at the taxi stand. Pony/local cab for Thajwas Glacier or Zero Point must be hired separately.

Visit to Drung Waterfall is subject to local union approval. ATV may need to be booked on direct payment.

Keep Srinagar as your base. Going destination-to-destination directly (e.g. Pahalgam → Gulmarg) incurs a ₹1,000 surcharge.

No change in itinerary is allowed unless mutually agreed upon in advance.

If the customer cancels during the trip, full payment is still due.
⚠️ Important: Srinagar → Pahalgam night stay + return = ₹4,000 (flat). But if the customer goes Pahalgam → Gulmarg directly instead of returning to Srinagar, a ₹1,000 surcharge applies on top of regular daily rates.
Vehicle Rates (Per Day, Without AC)
All rates are per day and include driver salary, fuel, tolls, parking, and driver night halt charges. AC is additional.

What's Included in Your Fare
Every Hala Rentals booking includes: professional driver, fuel for all routes, road tolls, parking charges at destinations, and driver night halt charges for overnight trips. You only pay the daily vehicle rate (plus AC if opted).
What's NOT included: AC charges, local union vehicles at Pahalgam/Gulmarg/Sonamarg for internal sightseeing, Gondola tickets, pony/ATV rides, entry fees, and personal expenses.
